The fence has been completed. The crew did an excellent job. They took great care to get it level, straight and strong. Near the house and garage they couldn’t dig deep post holes because of the concrete footings. They drilled holes for re-bar and then poured concrete in to the posts to anchor them firmly to the re-bar. The whole job took only about five hours not counting time off for lunch.

I recently engaged Pierce Construction and Repair to R and R the steps from my patio slab to my deck. Dick Pierce took some preliminary measurements, sketched out a new approach to solving my request including new materials and procedures, told me when he would have a firm estimate for me and left. I received a call within 3 days with all the information he had promised including his price quote. All in all it was the cleanest and most uncluttered contract I had ever gotten and we set a start date.
From the day the job started I was impressed with how well he and his crew solved a variety of issues and how well he directed the whole operation. His prior engineering experience became evident when he suggested a much cleaner method of securing the metal hand rails directly to the stair structure. The finished stairs are so much more attractive and weather resistant and a real mark of professionalism.
From start to completion this company performed in a manor that instilled trust and confidence in all phases of the project. Dick Pierce is a knowledgeable and well educated man and is very easy to talk to, not always the case with folks in his profession. I am glad I chose him and his company and recommend him without reservation.
I am very happy with their work, and I have referred them to many of my friends. I just felt they were upstanding in every area. Everything was always completed by the time they promised unless I added some unforeseen changes, and in those situations, they adapted and adjusted quickly and extremely well.
Excellent! Very knowledgeable. They always respond very quickly and clean up after themselves everyday. We have been working with them for over two years now and they have done every thing for us from a two car garage to bedrooms. And they have just helped with projects that they were working on but have taken the time to check over other contractors work to let us know what was right or wrong and what needed to be done. They assisted in situations for which they were not even being payed. Their entire organization are now friends of ours. I highly recommend them. I have never been disappointed, and have always been delighted with the results.
I was real pleased with them. Have already recommended them to friends. The work was done so well that they used their home as sample work to attract other customers. They were just wonderful.
I only remember people that I had a good experience with and I recall they very well. The fence was done beautifully and they were very professional. In fact, I have used them twice, and I would use them again.
They did great work.. It was like talking with a friend or neighbor. Very easy to communicate with.
The main thing about them is how comfortable we were with Dick and the crew. They had access to our home when we were at work, and never let us down. We have complete faith in their integrity and trust them very much. And when we were home, we didn’t mind having them around. They were kind, courteous and nice to our children. If we ever left a message for Dick, he was always quick to call back. They do a great job and are very thorough. Can’t think of a single complaint.
We are using them a second time right now. The first job went well. I have had experiences with contractors in the past, and generally, they say that they will show up on a certain date or a certain time but the rarely do. Dick is always there when he says he will be.
They were great. In fact, we called them a year later with a question that had nothing to do with what they did for us, and they spoke to us three or four times to help us through the process of getting our problem taken care of. This meant nothing to them as far as money, but they were very willing to assist us. Their follow up has always been excellent.
